Start the Morning of the Philly Bookstore Crawl In Chestnut Hill with a Booklovers Breakfast!
We’d already mentioned how our buddies at Multiverse were partnering up with their local (right across the street) cafe, Baker Street Bread & Cafe. Well, the promotion regarding fun bookstore breakfasts is taking over Chestnut Hill, with Baked Street and Matine’s Cafe now offering up a Booklovers Breakfast Special starting at 9AM.
It’s a whole partnership with Multiverse, booked, and Hilltop, three awesome bookshops all nestled in that awesome neighborhood. Booklovers can look forward to fun deals and offers and giveaways at the shops.
Philly Book Crawl Special Offers
booked (8511 Germantown Avenue): Booked. will open its door at 9:00 am with outdoor sales as well as specials throughout the shop all day. If you’re around in the afternoon we will offer a special booked. cocktail/mocktail! So come in for a little sip and shop!
Hilltop Books (84 Bethlehem Pike Rear): Hilltop Books is opening at 9am with tables of books outdoors discounted to just $2 & $4/book! Hilltop will also have some special giveaways, some new merch, and fun opportunities to support our local public library. If you are a library supporter, stop over and show some love, or even sign up for a library card! And, spend $20 at Hilltop, and you can get 20% off your order at Matine’s Cafe (across the street from us).
Multiverse (8026 Germantown Ave): Multiverse will be opening early at 9am offering dozens of science fiction, fantasy and horror novels at 20-30% off. Additionally, anyone who purchases $25 or more of books between 9-11am will be entered into a drawing for a pair of free tickets to see a screening of The Labyrinth with a live orchestral score at the Keswick Theater.
